今回も前日の今日、伊豆から野菜が届きました。
冬瓜、かぼちゃ、ししとう、むかご、こぼれ菜、アシタバ、バジルと三つ葉、ミント、ルッコラ、しいたけ、グアバ。
これらの野菜を使って塩豚丼とパンプレートを作ります！
塩豚丼には、煮たまご、かぼちゃのエスニック煮、根菜マリネ、冬瓜のスープ。
パンプレートには、チキンのレモンバジルソース、ブルーチーズのオムレツ、自家製ピクルス、冬瓜のスープ。という具合。
まだまだミントもがんばっています。フレッシュミントティーもオススメ。
パンの仕込みが遅くなってしまって、焼き上がりが15時過ぎに（涙）！というわけで、ランチタイムのパンは、中野南口五差路にある「むぎわらぼうし」のバケットを使います。
「むぎわらぼうし」はおいしいフランスパンサンドイッチのお店です。
そろそろメニューを変えようか、と思いつつ年内はしつこく塩豚丼とパンプレートでいきます！食べ収めを〜。
そして、明日は女性専門カウンセラー／ライフワークコンサルタント高橋ライチさんが主宰する「タンジェリン」の企画、「ココロカフェ vol.0」を行います。カフェで気軽に心理学の話しをしよう、という内容で今回のテーマは「怒りの心理学」。どんな感じの会になるのかワクワク。
